Seabury Resources for Aging provide personalized, affordable services and housing options to help older adults in the greater Washington, DC area.

Friendship Terrace is Seabury’s flagship independent living community, serving 180 senior households since 1970. Volunteers support residents on a 1:1 basis as pen pals or by providing companionship, or hosting an activity. Activities include Bingo, building snow globes, musical performances, yoga, and more! The possibilities are only limited by your skills and talents.?
